Delete your Wirko account

You can request deletion of your Wirko account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send the request from the email address used for your Wirko account.
2. Include your company name so we can locate the correct workspace.
3. We may reply to confirm that you control the account.

Never send your password, confirmation code or other login credentials.

What is deleted

After verification, we delete or anonymise the account profile, device notification tokens and personal content associated with the account. Information that belongs to a company workspace may be anonymised where it must remain available to preserve shared accommodation records.

Timeframe and retention

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Limited information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Any retained information is restricted to that purpose and removed when it is no longer required.
